 Lua Foundation's mission is mainly concetrated on schools and elderly homes. For example, while in Hospital some people are so poor that they can't afford to pay for treatment or leave the hospital without paying for treatment. So to help support them, we help provide them with financial security and assistance in paying for treatment and release fees, so that they can stand on their own two feet again. For Schools they provide equipment, such as books, pens and sports equipment to help assist the children with an education. And for Homes they provide food and make sure the place is comfortable and in a relaxed environment for them. |

Working with disadvantaged children in Africa, especially in the country of Uganda. Uganda has been ravaged by civil wars and Aids. There is estimated 60% unemployment as well as 25% of the nation are widows Rhema holds out hope by helping children get free schooling. Areas of on going financial needs are; Training of children, support of the staff & expansion of facilities and equipments. |
